Right after I voted for "never heard of it" I thought "maybe he meant pike instead of poke." So if that was a typo, I've heard of pike. And puke, I guess.

The only (edible) Poke I ever heard of was from the song Poke Salat Annie. Note, that is the correct vspelling, a lot of people think he's singing "Poke Salad."

Are you guys kidding me? I'm the only one here who's ever had poke, and only one of two who have ever heard of it?

I figured you worldly types would be all over this. I was assuming "fad" would win the poll, FRANKLY.

Yeah, I had to look it up. In contrast to Aardvark I love fresh seafood of all types, and I do eat sushi including the odder stuff like raw fatty tuna sashimi ($$!!) and chilled octopus.

With all due respect sir you can keep this Hawaiian raw fish salsa looking stuff.
