Clean In '19.

Here is the thread for this. We're gonna give it our best shot.

(Our best shot has not, historically, been very good.)

I'm not trying to be a stickler here, but New Year's resolutions are traditionally posted in The Troll Room so I'm going to have to call you out on a wrong base.

It's never to late for a fresh start. Best of luck to you in '19.

There are some things I'd like to accomplish in 2019, but they have been the same for the last six years.

That said, Pinner, I support you in this endeavor. It feels good to actually self-improve. Not that I am s-- you know what I mean.

I feel good about this one. I was Clean in '18 for the first two and a half months of 2018, and only stopped because that was the plan. Now the plan is to not stop. It wasn't an issue.

It's not an issue.

I'm sure this will go fine.

I'm reservedly confident it will go fine.

I'll be in Colorado for a few days in January though. Maybe hold off on the Pub Crawl plan, boss.

Good man. I’m cutting back myself. Since I quit smoking cigarettes I was surprised how easy it is to still down tons of beer without enjoying cigarettes at the same time anymore.

I promise never to smoke anything, drink any alcohol or use any illegal needle drugs or e-cigs during 2019.

(Heckler: But Commander, you don't do any of those things!

With the Impending Cleanliness, will you polish off any remaining goodies beforehand to remove their future temptations (plus you spent GOOD MONEY on 'em)?

That assumes that there's anything left in the house at the end of any random day, which... no. No, I can promise everything will be polished off come 1/1, because everything is always polished off.

(That's not 100% true, but it's way closer to 100% true than, say... 60% true.)

Currently working on my 2020 resolution list. How did this one work out? How does 2020 look?

We'll give it another shot.

Poor choice of words.
