The boy gave me his stationary bike so I'm on that thirty minutes a day. I used to ride everywhere when I was younger and kind of miss it. Now I'm just happy staying in the cool, marskeechio free basement pedalling away to podcasts.

I have absolutely no energy nor discipline at the end of the day. Run after work? HAHA. Bicycle? Cycling is stupid. Lift the $1000 in weights I bought? Sure... When hell freezes over.

STARTING: 219.6
CURRENT: 216.6
GOAL:209.8

Well, I am not going to make it, but I did lose three pounds in a month. Of course, this took being on my feet waaaay more than I was doing in the old house.

I was told that the gym we are signed up for closes at 5:30. Then I was told I had that wrong and it *opens* at 5:30 AM.

So when we are done with house stuff on the 12th of Never, I can at least walk a block to the gym and get on a treadmill. I mean, really, this is it for me. At my age I gotta take care of this.

I am eating a double-decker frozen breakfast sausage sandwich with cheese and drinking a beer as I write these words --- is this really our last FAC, our last hope at waistline redemption?

There will be a July Fat-Ass Challenge.

ICJ will not delete it.

This is what we do now. We're a bunch of fat guys talking about being fat every month.

This is what we are.
I don't have to say anything. I'm a doctor, too.

I will delete it, and you will leave to protest, and the BBS will end.

That is what will happen.

Do NOT test me on this.

Instead of challenge, can't we call it it fat tracking or something that sounds less strenuous? It's clear that everyone is not willing to put 110% into weight loss, so maybe just a mild self shame thread?

No. If there's anything this has proven it's that none of us need anything "less strenuous" in our lives.

122.4, although it'll probably be down in the morning. The trick, you see, it to poop furiously and then be too tired to eat more.

I guess it's the new fad, before we were a bunch of fat guys where one of them talked about doing a (fake) radio show, or occasionally some of them doing the show and complaining how Skype doesn't work very well. (This is to be expected; Microsoft bought Skype a few years ago.)

EPILOGUE: I am now up to 150 and I miss my jawline terribly. Not more than I would miss gin, pretty much by definition, but a lot.

Very good! Man, if it wasn't for your horrendous, unforgivable political takes, you'd be killin' it here lately!

Better that than what he was before: a pinball.
