I need to break this out again. We have to leave the raisins out, though. SOME people don't like sweet with savory. God.
I don't have to say anything. I'm a doctor, too.

I'm having issues where them spices aren't BOLD enough.

Why aren't you people using Ras el Hanout? What kind of Morrocan dish can even be made without Ras el Hanout? Last time i bought Ras el Hanout I swear i wrote the number right but the stupid elephant girl cashier typed it in wrong and i got Ras el Hanout for like 2.99 a pound.

Long ago, I made a conscious decision never to purchase Ras el Hanout, secondarily due to racial bias, but primarily due to I've never heard of it.

Plot twist: Stupid elephant girl was actually going for 2.99 a pound.

You need you some Ras el Hanout, it's like $30 a pound. It's actually just a mix of spices that have been ground together including:
- cumin
- ginger
- salt
- black pepper
- cinnamon
- coriander seeds
- cayenne
- allspice
- cloves

Doesn't sound amazing when you deconstruct it but ground together it'll do what you need.
