Better Shake N Bake method

Shake N Bake skinless chicken breasts are a very easy thing to make, but the flavor can get quite bland. Lately I follow the recipe on the box with exception to a couple of things. Oh and also I prefer the EXTRA CRUNCHY box over the original flavor.

1. Throw the plastic bag away and dump the shake mix out onto paper plate.
2. After drying the chicken with paper towel, smear a thin layer of Duke's or Hellman's mayonaise on it.
3. Roll the chicken in the mix.
4. After you have covered all chicken, sprinkle remaining dry mix on top.
5. The box says 20 minutes at 400 degrees. Unless your breasts are really thin, you will need to cook at least 30 minutes with a max of 40.
