I like the new OnStar feature. The BBS calls for help every time it crashes!

And Hexagon Light is pretty good! I am using it now.

I've never met an Admin before who would go out of their way to install a theme for a single user, thus it is much appreciated.
That 1996 one is really bad. I get that that's the joke but let me wait on that one. The other two are in.

The red numbers are back, thank you for fixing that.

I was just pointing it out since this is the "Test topic" topic after all. I just remembered pinback being upset about it a bit ago:
pinback wrote: Sat Aug 12, 2017 7:01 pm Oh my god.

This place auto-edits "[redacted]" to read "maggots".

I think I'm done here. Thanks for the great times. And all of the rest of them.

This finally means the heat is completely off me!

I would like to take a number and talk to the management.

UPDATE: I immediately picked the black and blue or whatever style and am pretty happy overall, but I might try increasing the font size!

If you turn off word censoring then you can call people maggots which should make pinback the absolute happiest person on Earth right now.

It doesn't. Also, again not a deal breaker, but you don't have the red numbers by your notifications (and I'm assuming PMs as well) indicating that you have something new. You have to scroll over them to see which means a lot of PMs will probably go unchecked.

I saw something like that for their porta potties where you have to insert money to get a certain amount of time and you get an alarm when you are almost out of time and you need to insert more money or the door will open up. I'm not sure if that got implemented anywhere but if I am out of singles and the alarm goes off oh well people are just going to have to see me in mid shit because there is nothing you can do about it at that point.

There is an extension to increase the font size.

It is installed.

It does not work for the black "family" of styles.

Which is what we want it to work for.

Everything involving phpBB is a clusterfuck of incompatibility. Then you eventually directly modify your database and ruin everything.

Steps will be taken when my shift is over.

In the meantime:

All I wanted to do was talk about people getting thrown out of public bathrooms. That's all I had to look forward to. Instead, I just installed an extension to allow font sizes to be larger. Lemme see if this works. You know you have to pay to use public toilets in some parts of Europe?

The font is very small and I don't know why they did that. Why would they make the font smaller? Why would you make me break character?

I agree, and the worst thing about it is there are no good settings, you can get close to good enough but it never gets even close to good. It reminds me of a subway bathroom: go in, do whatever you have to do, and get the fuck out as soon as possible. It's like ICJ intentionally set it up to inhibit people from lingering.
I started working on the issue within 15 minutes of pinback and myself realizing something had changed on its own and ruined the BBS. I took time off work to begin the installation and default style transition, changed the BBS settings so that people could select their own styles and then offered to install any other style that people wanted. One of the styles was the exact same one that was the default one before, just compatible with this version of phpBB. Yet, the cries from mewling pissbabies: why couldn't you have done more?
It's just that the font size is a little off and I can't seem to find a way of adjusting it in the settings. It's a little too small and when I adjust the screen size it goes from a little too small to a little too large which makes things unsettling. Everything else, yeah, obviously thank you for all of that, I thought it went without saying but thank you for all of that. Is there a way to adjust the font size or make the default larger? I think a 12 point is pretty standard?

This is a message using the "Post reply" button at the top of the page.

This message has been edited. This sentence no verb. This lacks fifth thing - two past "c", four past "a" - in how humans do writing.

I don't see where anything is not working same as it was.

This is a quoted message. Quoting seems to work.

I don't know but I hink it looks nicer. of course, I'm in high contrast so it may look different for those with "Normal" sight.

This was a quick reply.
