Damn. I switched back to it, and enjoyed Retro's banner graphic, and enjoy the colors, but Christ does it make it hard to figure out where new posts are.

Prosilver 4 lyfe, even though it's as pasty white as an ambrosia salad in a snowstorm in Minnesota, and all the people eating it.

Ok, it's up - I had to do a hard refresh, and then I had to hit Shift and F5 to see the new logo.

I know Retro will never see this (though he has been unbanned for a month) but ... from me to you .... I thank you.....

Right - I have noticed that as well. Frustratingly - does phpBB implement anything in any other way? It's not just an image you can swap out I don't think.

Retro had a logo made a while back that I did not get around to using. Let's see if I can substitute it. And then if user registration works (it didn't on all styles) I'll make it default.

I predict that all future new users will think the name of the board is Purplexion. I think the guy who made the style didn't want to have to provide tech support so he made it so every board that uses it will look like a potential Purplexion support base.

Actually, I was more of the "Cafeteria" style myself. I liked some of the aspects of some of them and some of the others' asspects. If I could, i'd mix and match pieces of each. Jonsey, if I take the time to write a new style,k would you try it? Oh never mind, I wouldn't have the time.

I went back to try Prosilver, and then realized that's what I had been using the whole time. I think I'll stick with it. Easier to see which bases/threads have new posts in them. And I could always use some new Nazi memorabilia.

Thank you for trying them out. The ProSilver guys linked their donation page to a pro-Nazi Memorabilia Auction site where they earn credits for acquiring Nazi propaganda. So I mean, that was enough to turn me away, but you do you, Commander.

Ran through all of them, I'll stick with Prosilver. Puplexion looks too much like how High contrast appeared.

Please be careful about changing styles. This one works okay both in regular and in High Contrast. Lately my vision has improved enough to return to regular but if things get bad I may have to switch back.
