Ahhhhhhh yes!

Lyndsay wanted to watch some Superbowl and I missed buying fresh wings to throw in the fry daddy. Food Lion had a 2.5 pound bag of frozen wings on sale for FIVE DOLLAHS so I did them this fashion.

400 degrees on convection bake. After about 30 minutes, I drained all the damn water off because fuck that. Hit em with salt and pepper as I flipped them every once in a while for a total of about 1 hour 15 minutes. Skin turned out super crispy! They were a hit with her and my friend tossed in butter and Frank's sauce.

Pics were not taken because they were instantly eaten, but looked much like the other crispy examples here.

We ended up having company over so I could not get to the store, so I will try to make these tomorrow. Almost everyone has had these mouth watering wings but myself and I won't sit here with a dry goddamn mouth any longer.

I made this style for the game. Grocery store was out of fresh, so my original plan to deep fry them went out the window. Didn’t have any baking powder. Used salt black pepper for seasoning. Had to drain the water off twice, but they turned out good. Tried that Moore’s sauce for the first time and they were good! Eaten too fast for pictures.

I like this method better than my old frozen wings method which was basically just throw them in the oven at 350 for an hour and a half.

We're having these wings again tonight! We even bought a proper grilling pan 'stead of a cookie cooling rack. I suspect these wings will become a staple of the household
