Shit, that is a fucking shame.

by Roody_Yogurt » Fri Aug 15, 2003 1:59 pm

To be honest, probably some disreputable porn site. Or maybe just general hackage of this or that. No idea, really.

by Ice Cream Jonsey » Fri Aug 15, 2003 1:50 pm

Holy shit. How do you think the guy got it?

by Roody_Yogurt » Fri Aug 15, 2003 1:47 pm

Ok, turns out that no, I've been keeping track of MY expenses just fine; I just haven't been keeping track of the expenses of the douchebag in Brazil using my debit card number.

I knew that 'Use My Credit Card Number For A Day' promotion was a bad idea.

Jonsey: Actually, I haven't played baseball in years. And, in a full competition, I may do a fair amount of sucking. However, the basic hitting-throwing-catching shit I'm fairly competent at, or at least was. Actually, basketball is probably the same. I am pretty decent at getting the ball in the hoop, I'm just not big on the "bumping into each other" thing. In fact, I resist all physical contact with other members of the human species.

Except for certain hot babes, of course, but that goes without saying.

No, it was due at the beginning of the month but I had tried to save some cushion money for Vegas and what not and asked my brother if I could get the rent to him late (as he's my new landlord).

Things aren't bad enough that I'm going to start relying on internet friends as that will only be a hassle to pay back later. Things should be alright. It's just annoying because the web bank statement is several days old so I can't see what put me under yet.

I thought my best game was the one where Vitriola knocked the eight ball into the hole off the break. After that, my game took a dramatic turn for the worse.

Also, either I've been fucking up on the checkbook keeping or there's some identity theft or something going on, but my checking account bounced today. Guess I'm not paying rent this week like I had meant to.
FUCK. It was not my intent to have you bankrupted over the weekend. Is rent due during the middle of the month for you normally? Send me a mail if I can be of any help.

Volleyball, maybe you'd be all right.

If you were to set yourself down in any basketball court at any gym in the country, or any softball/baseball diamond in the nation, you would be DESTROYED.

Actually, in all seriousness, I am surprised to see you list baseball. What position would you be placed at, in your opinion?

by Jethro Q. Walrustitty » Wed Aug 13, 2003 10:13 am

Since when have I claimed to be a pool master?

There's a reason that our basement houses an air hockey table, not a pool table. I'll whup any and all comers at air hockey.

And Duke Nukem. And probably Unreal Tournament. In real world, I'm not really all that bad at volleyball, basketball, or baseball. At least, on the (very) rare occasionally that I actually play.

But pool? I do not claim any superhuman abilities, unless "sucking" has become superhuman while I was away.

Did this get mentioned anywhere? I'll mention it.

Pinback put on the FINEST performance I have ever seen in a Robotron game. And he did it his first time out.

I have seen my brother do things to a game of Robotron which, frankly, border on the obscene. But I can't say that he ever made it to wave 19 -- he may have -- but certainly not on his first quarter.

Holy shit.

Pool I tanked on. Roody carried me on his back like it was the last ten minutes of a buddy-WWII movie. Which is unfortunate, as I used to spank Walrustitty around like the muppet babies.

Yeah, that weekend was pretty kickass, although I thought that poetry book sucked even if that one bit is good stuff.

Hey Jonsey! Did you forget about the part when that chick leaned waaaaay over the table in her short, lowcut shirt, rammed those little pucks into your goals like gunshots into Saddam's bathroom drywalling, and proceeded to show you your ass, right before she handed it to you? Remember that? WE DO.

by Ice Cream Jonsey » Mon Aug 11, 2003 12:24 pm

Yeah, I was unaware that so much good stuff was going on for Sunday. I thought it would just be a day to kick about. If we go to this again, I'm definitely ensuring that I can make everything on both days.

Alas, no: his speech didn't start until 1:40 and I needed to leave for the airport about ten minutes after that.
