I actually thought that people who had video game parties with someone in the early days of this shit site would actually do something, anything to help a person out. 2 weeks in and I've got it, it's all on me when I get my next invoice. Lasagna lives and dies by it's sauce. Store bought shit doesn't cut it, a proper ground beef filled spaghetti sauce lovingly slow cooked is the key. Also, none of this trendy Bechamel white sauce either.

I used to be a "oven ready lasagna" pasta guy, but now I'm strictly a boil the pasta guy. You just have to be careful not to break them and it helps to lay them out to cool on a sheet of foil with a little non-stick spray on it.

For meat lasagna I like to use cottage cheese with the mozzarella, but for spinach lasagna I prefer ricotta.

This is now the thread for posting cracking good lasagna recipes.
