Yeah, and like one of the top-rated posts was someone saying "there were no eggs in the recipe so I added one". They had TOO MANY eggs!

I was expecting angst-filled stories from the front line of inflation so this was a pleasant surprise. It's interesting they went with eggs in the subreddit name because there actually are pretty good egg substitutes for baked goods at least...you can use applesauce, cornstarch, or, you know, egg substitute. It's a product! I've never tried it, but I've heard you can even sort of make an omelet with Just Egg.

It might be worth trying when you don't have eggs.
