I'm not exactly sure what you are looking for. It sounds like you want an MSDos window in greem on black, white on green, gold on black, or white on gold, something like that. If so, I know where to find that. But, what it sounds like you're asking for is way too simple. So, I suspect I am misreading you. But, I'll give you what I think you're asking for, although the answer is so obvious I must be misunderstanding you.

Press Win+R
Type CMD
press enter
Left click on top mleft corner of window (title bar icon)
Click on "properties"
Click on Colors
Click on Screen Text
Click on the first volor bpx in the strip of color samples
Click on Screen Background
Click on the seventh color. This is gold.
Click OK
You now have black on gold terminal screen.
For black on green, select the next to last color (white) for screen text, color 2 for background.
