I know about that one! Mitchell is suing Karl Jobst, an Australian YouTube journalist who covers video games. Jobst reports Mitchell is a fraud and did not accomplish what he claims he did. Mitchell is suing Jobst for defamation (the legal name for libel and slander). For anyone that's interested, Jobst reported on this and asked his audience for help with his legal fees, which people have contributed. His videos show exactly what he states, the evidence shows Mitchell could not have done what he claimed. Unfortunately, unlike the United States, truth is not an absolute defense in defamation cases.

In this video, another YouTube video game journalist, penguinz0, was called as a witness in the case against Mitchell. His video about it is here:
and one of the things he said was, "It's no secret I don't have much respect for silly Billy Mitchell, in fact, I have more respect for piss stains in a public gas station toilet than I do for Mr. Billy Mitchell."
