DOTT just needs some general tweaking, methinks, and the problem with Sam 'N Max is that some of the mini-games don't respond quite right, and you need to play for a while with the sound to get it working because S&M (heheheh) uses a different implementation of iMUSE from the others. The CD-music goes wonky, that kind of thing.

Ah! Apparently a couple SCUMM games are playable on the Dreamcast as of late. Here's my problem, and by problem I mean to say, here's why I have been super-lazy concerning the site:

1) I am fucking lazy
2) I want to play games on my bed
3) I have played through all my Dreamcast shit
4) I don't have a PS VGA Box, so I can't play them on one of the three idle monitors in my bedroom

So, looks like Sam and Max and the Day of the Tentacle are "95%" done. And I can't find out what they need for the last 5% -- i.e., no problems like "Mouse emulation doesn't work" or "sound causes crashes."

I hope hope hope that there isn't terrific, annoying slow down. As 2D adventure games, I trust that speed won't be too much of an issue. But still.

Anyway. Excelsior in that regard, then. I have visions of swimming in my own morning filth, waking up to reality against my will, turning over, grabbing a Dreamcast controller, hitting "unpause" and sniggering as Sam says something funny. (WAit, is Max the bunny or Sam? Dammit to hell, I can't remember.)
