Just as I will always be happy to help Vitriola rub my meat.

Alright, I'm just trying to help some our local budding chefs-in-training.

I'm just trying to help. I'm a helping person. I help.

It's what I do.

What kind of carne do you recommend for this recipe?

1 can Tecate
1 Tbsp Cayenne
1/2 tsp ground black pepper
6 cloves garlic
1 tsp cumin
1/2 onion minced or onion powder
1/2 cup lemon juice
1 cup lime juice
1 tsp. salt
the Carne

the rest of the Tecate
some cigarettes
Astriaal's 2003 album 'Renascent Misanthropy'
Cryptic Wintermoon's 2003 release 'A Coming Storm'

It probably would have been better to do a rub without the beer, but I'm not sure how to 'rub' things on meat (Bruce....), so I just did the marinade. It also should have marinated longer, but we were hungry, and there's 1.5 more pounds marinating in the fridge for tomorrow.

Marinate the meat for as long as you can, a few hours to overnight. Start the grill. Smoke the smokes, crank the music, drink the remaining Tecate while grilling. About 4-5 minutes a side cooked it fine, and our grill ain't exactly hotter than Iraqi virgin porn, either.

<strike>Chocolate ice cream</strike> Dessert

Enjoy!
