Who doesn't love the chess? Nobody, that's who! And having recently purchased a chess set, I would like to submit here, in the "retro-gaming" base (and what is more retro than a game 3000 years old??) my latest brilliant idea to keep this BBS from strapping a 200 pound lead ball to its waist and jumping into the deep end of the public swimming pool:

Similar to postal chess, BBS Chess allows members of JC BBS to compete with each other at one of the most cerebral activities ever developed by man! THE CHESS!

The way it works is, somebody challenges somebody (me, to start off with). Then, we begin a thread in which we post our moves at each other! This way, people can follow along at home and watch the giant tapestry of chess action unravel all over their living rooms! Or bedrooms or offices, depending on where their computer is!

So then, I say to all of you now: WHO will be the first to challenge me at...
