That's a wonderful idea! (If everyone who cared already hadn't posted their chili tactics on here, and if there was a way for us to actually get together and, y,know, taste the chili..)

Now announcing the Jolt Country Chili Cookoff!

The first thing we do is find out if anyone wants to have a Jolt Country Chili Cookoff!

The way it works is, everyone who wants to make some chili can make some chili, and then everyone posts the recipes, and then... well, that's pretty much it. I guess afterwards everyone can sit around screaming at each other about how their chili is better than all the other chilis, and then afterwards we can all go spend three hours in the bathroom, blasting painfully away.
