What's with all this seriously?

Ben, I've "gotten down" with a few of your concoctions, but this DOES look like a pile of gruel. I'd have to eat 5 plates of it to begin to get full.. that's if I didn't projectile vomit after the second bite.

Shiny new quarter. Seriously.

Yeah, neither one of which I have to apply makeup to to look any better.

[RECIPE] Ben's Famous Vaca Frita with Ultimate Salsa #1

by pinback » Tue Sep 21, 2004 9:04 pm

1. Make some vaca frita.
2. Make Ultimate Salsa #1 (see recipe below)
3. Put Ultimate Salsa #1 on vaca frita.

Ultimate Salsa #1

1. Put 8 red jalapenos (seeded), 1 draned 28-oz can tomatillos, 6 cloves of garlic, 1 bunch of cilantro, 2 tsp rice vinegar, 1 avocado, 1 tsp salt into a blender or food processor.

2. Go to town!

3. Add a tablespoon or two of sour cream to the resulting mixture, if desired (or, in my case, if just curious to find out what would happen.)
