True, I'm quite a wuss. I prespire when a harpy is on my ass in Daggerfall. I don't like fighting back. I am a peaceful person who is easily frightened most of the time by unanticipated experiences. Therefore after my first Horror game "D" for the Sega Saturn I have always approached the Horror game genre with a bit of a respect and ready to be freaked out.
I have been playing Fatal Frame and I am on the second day "Rituals". Fighting ghosts is ... okay but by no means fun or thought provoking at least not yet in the game. Then there are Casper type ghosts that you can try to nab for items. This game sadly mediocre. It isn't very scarey and it barely crawls along. It is very boring in my opinion. I ended up walking back and forth between two same rooms waiting for something to pop-up for me to battle so the mysterious force blocking that door would dissapear. The whole game feels like Onimushia. Does anyone have suggestions to make this game bearable? I do after all have it rented for a few more days.
