Hey, cool! An exclusive!! I quite appreciate you making a post here for PoM's inner workings, Jason.
(Also, for the curious, Madrigals should be finished this summer. I have Free Time (tm) now.)
Right on -- be sure to keep me in mind when you come to looking for testers. I'd be happy to help out getting another quality Hugo ware to the "market." =)

This is version 3, which has two extra hint commands, ENCRYPT and HINTS PARTIAL. ENCRYPT works like in _The Legend Lives!_ and HINTS PARTIAL appears for the first time ever, as far as I know.

This isn't going on if-archive because I have plans to make a general Hugo hint library, which will be tested with version 4, so I'll upload that when it gets done.
