Well, I hope that person is able to declare bankruptcy without giving the RIAA any money in the process. Americans, as a whole, are really starting to sicken me. I count myself among that group, fuck, I just had my apartment searched. (They're coming again on the 12th to "install a screen." They do that twice a year. Great.)

Oh, and my decision to never again buy anything from the RIAA for personal use is still going strong. They've simply behaved too badly, had too many defeats in court... and the law isn't knocking the shit out of them for this kind of behavior.

Of course, my brother made that decision five years ago, so therein lies true wisdom.

This is absolutely hilarious. I've been following teh Recording Industry's various blunders for years now and this absolutely flabbergasts me. I mean, okay, we all know that's what they want you to do and that they dont' give a shit about anybody's future, but now this idiot's gone and said it out loud.
