So I receieve a really nice chair hammock from
here
upon assembly I find that instead of a right side chair arm and a left side chair arm, I have two left sides and no right sides. I also notice that some of the bolt holes do not line up as well as they could have. Now I say; 'Hmmm, the wood worker guy must have had a hangover the day he made these parts and the shipping inspector must have had the flu that day.' Well, instead of calling the 800 number and asking for a right side chair arm I simply removed the armrest, flipped it over and rebuilt the left side into a right side. A simple matter of rebolting the wooden parts opposite from the left side. I notice that the pilot holes for screwing the armrest to the chair side were originally drilled way, way off center. The correct pilot holes were then drilled in the right spots. The first set of holes are way too far off for just a hangover. The end result is fine because the armrest covers the extra pilot holes. But you could tell just by looking that the holes were not right. So now i'm thinking, 'This is all hand made stuff, but hand made by monkys?
Well, I read the small print on the instructions and it proclaims that they use mentally retarded workers in the construction of all thier goods, gives them jobs and skills and stuff. Now, I want to laugh at the whole thing but am afraid it is incorrect. What should I do?
