Well, technically it lets you fly whatever kinda plane you're certified to fly, which in this particular pilot's case appears to be "single-engine land" airplanes. So, in a sense, you're right!
I was thinking about flying down at the local airfield they have lessons for fifty bucks a pop
Plan on a private pilot certificate costing around $5000-$6000 total, give or take!
and I think I can buy airtime too.
