If/when a batch 8 is created, it will be made with the intention to reduce the cloying sweetness of the pineapple. More chipotles, maybe.

"When in doubt, add more chipotles." - famous hot sauce saying.

That was posted by my friend Alana. This sentiment is very real, as both Vicky and Alana would love to buy a case of this.

I think it's great, but does need an extra something. Salt? Thickness? Something to combat the sweetness of pineapple. More tomato?

Anyway, they really do want more of this, in a big way. Can we hook them up?

Okay, so i don't know what everyone else is saying about Sk7 but it's the shit..i could freakin drink it from the bottle. Just FYI i'm not usually a hot sauce kinda girl..

by pinback » Sun Jan 14, 2007 8:43 pm

It is that.

I'm tasting alot of something in both batches, it is good. I wonder what the delicious thing is that I taste? What could it be? Is it...

If it's not, I'm over here ------->

I served SK 6&7 to friends over for football and fireplace last night. Tonight, I told them I was having SK with tortillas for dinner, asked her what she was doing, and she wrote: "We are watching Resevoir Dogs! And HEY save me some of that #7!!! :) "

It seems that 7 is the most popular 'round these parts.

I had a chicken burrito with SpicyKat #6.

It is AT LEAST the second best hot sauce I have ever tasted, and possibly the best. The Death sauce we had that came shipped to the "Sauce Master" would be the other challenger for the top spot.

I can't get over how good it is. I would purchase a bottle of it a week for the rest of my natural life. If that helps you "run the numbers."

What do we have to say to get this made in mass quantities? This is the shizzlebip? THIS IS THE SHIZZLEBIRP!!!

Are you having the labels made up in the near future? Ben, this is GOOD. In terms of denizens projects of this BBS, this is right up there with One of the Bruce's Lord of the Rings Atari 2600 cartridge. I don't know how to give you a higher complement.

Sure, there's a chance. If everyone says "dude, Batch #6 is the shizzynizzy" (exactly like that), then maybe that's what I lock in the recipe as.

Ice Cream Jonsey wrote:#6 is IN THE HOUSE (well, in the fridge at work) and I am having it on a burrito from "Illegal Pete's" shortly. I will be offering it to co-workers.
And you didn't take the camera?

I'll endeavor to try #7 shortly.

Very glad you enjoyed/are enjoying it. I will say that personally, I prefer #7. But I'm kind of a bastard.

You're kinda ruining my narrative here.

Haha, the reactions by Frobozz and Spock (especially) (er, the last cat) are hilarious.

It's like a first person shooter, you with the SpicyKat there.

It's like a first person shooter in Egyptian Mythology, with you and the SpicyKat and your "enemies" there.

...

... Here is how bad my memory is: I was informed that the SpicyKat was here in the afternoon. We had spaghetti and meatballs for dinner and it wasn't until I was on my very last meatball that I remembered ... HEY! SPICYKAT IN THE HIZZY.

(I have typed "Spickay" instead of "SpicyKat" like six times now, on accident.)

Anyway, so I had one bite. I really didn't want two dinners, so I have to pause on having a further experience with SpicyKat #6.

But what I did have... WAS GOOD! It's better than good, it's great. On a scale of Revenger to Necrotic Drift, this is clearly your Fallacy of Dawn you motherfucker, Parrish. You could easily clear money and sell this.

I am going to have a burrito or something tomorrow for lunch and drench it with SK#6. (Ya know, unless I forget to bring it in with me, see earlier reference to my bad memory.)

Step 3: How the Kat reigns in it's own natural community

There seems to be a definite fear response to the Kat by other carnivorous microcosm inhabitants. Definitely a beta to alpha response.

Step 2: The mating ritual of the Kat

It appears there is a dominance factor in their communal tribe. How does one Kat display superiority over another?

This is very exciting.

Step 1: observe the Kat in it's native habitat.
