Oh, and before I forget, congratulations also to the New York Giants, with an absolutely dominating performance in San Francisco!

Unfortunately, I missed most of the last half of the game because last night I, against my better judgement, ate an entire "Baby Loaf" of Tillamook Sharp Cheddar Cheese, and was stuck in the "water closet" for much of the third and fourth quarters, but the game was so lopsided by that point, I figured I wasn't going to miss much.

Howdy sports fans! And congratulations to all of this week's winners, including the Atlanta Falcons, who shocked the Packers on their home turf, and the Cleveland Browns, who marched confidentaly into hostile Steeler territory and, after having lost twice to the Steelers by 3 points this year, finally broke through for their most important victory!

The Sports Maven should admit to you that due to my court-ordered requirement to inform my neighbors within a five block area that I am a registered sex offender, I was unable to catch the end of that Browns game, but with less than five minutes to go in the game, the contest was already well in hand.
