Need new motherboard, case

Hi gang, so now that the shelving unit that held my computer decided to collapse for absolutely no reason (litterally, I was standing on the completely other side of the room and it'd haeld the damn thing for two weeks) it appears that I need a new motherboard, as the power supply shorted it out and broke itself; I'll also e needing a new case as the replacement is a rated at 400 watts rather than 240 Watts and so it won't fit in the old one.

(Also the geniuses took apart the start button and don't know how to put it back together again. Whatever, I didn't particularly like that case anyways.) Any suggestions? It's for an Athlon 3400+ so it needs to be a Socket754, and it needs to have at least one SATA port, a port for the monitor (which I'll need to replace as well, occasionally; that's what I get for transporting it on an airplane--but that's not exactly high on my list of priorities as I, quite frankly, don't need one), a PCI slot for the sound card, an integrated networking adaptor, and at least two IDE ports for the optical drives--nothing crazy or out there.

It will, however, need to have integrated video--I don't have a graphics card because I, like, don't need one; "watching" DVDs is the most graphics-intensive thing I use it for. Any recommendations, Jack? Worm? Robb? Raven?
