I'm putting together an ISO of a bunch of excellent freeware games, and I wanted to put "Necrotic Drift" and "Fallacy of Dawn" on the disc. I would include the games in their entirety, as well as the Hugo terp, with a link to JC in the Readme.

So, have I got your blessing?
