I am at critical mass for consoles; I have a PS2/Xbox stack and more software than I know what to do with... 80% of stuff is lucky if it gets tested...

Now if you want to play it on a Saturn I know one guy who mods them all up to play everything installs special boards to make them run better and ships them out. I also know a hub classicsega.homeunix.com where you can get Helluva ISOs which will work with the emulators. Use DC++ to get it is here http://sourceforge.net/project/showfile ... _id=131723

Yes, that's why they're ROMs, jackasses. Doom II was released for the Gameboy , yes worm. And with this thing, you can get a lot of freeware programs people have made up. Including The Matrix, which is quite cool.

There's a thing called Tetanus on Drugs, which is Tetris but with a huge amount of Mode 7 Shit thrown at you. Seriously, the game tries to make you ill by spinning around, vibrating, vomiting puce at you, it's just endlessly cool in a rotating-texture kinda way.

And with this thing I'd be seriously tempted to get the life-organising program for the GBA. It would make such a cool organiser, this cool GBA. GIMME!

Within my investigation I have found you can only use GBA games and ROMs specifically for GBA, But I could be wrong. Damn that would be cool.

I don't get it ... how did you put Doom II on it? Is that already a GBA game?

So it comes in the coolest cigerette-style case, 1920's style. It is endlessly stylish. Seriously, the boxes are pretty neat.

The drill goes like this: Head to alt.binaries.emulators.gameboy.advance , and use any file-grabbing software to download them. ROMs, I mean. They are ".gbas" God told me to put the S in there.

A serial-port connection to your GBA's linker cable-point allows for writing.

They come in various sizes, depending on the game. You can get them in all sorts of sizes, the most popular being 128Mb (16MB). ROMs come in all sizes; the biggest at the moment is 128, though in theory the Gameboy can support a maximum of 256. The only game I have at the moment that takes up all the space is DOOM II, and that's because it's basically a week emulation as opposed to a made thing.

I bought mine from gbax.com, but I know there are United States-based ones around. You can even buy from Lik-Sang, if you trust 'em. And I must admit I've never had and nefariously bad dealing with them.

That is awesome. Where do you d/l the games? I have had a ton of success lately burning Dreamcast games using overnet file sharing. What is the process for using that thing?

Anyway, on there at the moment I have Golden Sun, Mario Kart Super Circuit and Final Fight One.

A writable Gameboy Advance cartridge. Mmmmmmm. You use a serial-port linker into the GBA's network port to use it.

That looks nice. My only problem with it is soon they are going to market a GBA pen. You put the pen up into your eye and it directly transmits the visual data to the back of your brain and you play with nodes that tape on to your temples. What they did here was release the GBA then release a new one too damn quick ... that is why I am almost abandoning new console and hand-held systems.

Well did I miss something or does the damn thing play the GBA carts? I have over 20 games and am addicted to the new Metroid. I can't tell if I like the new design or not. I recently bought the Flood light and must say it made me very happy, so the backlit tiny new design may not get me all juiced up.

Only time will tell. I am glad you posted this, I have been trying to find out what the deal was.
