Updated the ACK site to note the recent updates to ACK (transparency & use of the 'second set' of tiles for map objects) and the updates to WIP games. Also cleaned up & updated the Download page to include info on using the patch file.

I've moved the site to WordPress. I believe this will be the last time the ACK site will get a make-over, I'm really liking using WordPress again and it should be nice and stable for the ACK site to remain all WordPressed.

So the long, ugly Joomla-generated urls won't work any longer, but the good ol' simple standby --
