That's better than framing a little red X. Not knowing any of Lichen----Lichtenstein's work except from 'Weekend at Bernie's'', I expected something along the lines of Jackson Pollock. This is better.

Okay, sure, I get all that. Right now I've got a piece of wood painted black, with a Major Havoc sticker placed upon it. I think Roy can raise the level of discourse around my place, is all. Is all.

Don't hang that on your wall. Well, wait...

I have a Magnolia poster. I love the poster as I love the movie. But I know everyone else hates the poster and the movie, so I hung it where only I could admire it, usually with my dick out: My bathroom!

So, hang that in your bathroom.

Fixed? Keep in mind that due to caching, I can not tell if it is fixed or not.

It's been brought to my attention that there is a small red "x" instead of a picture of a painting there.

I really disklike how the Internet (TM) will grab a cached copy of an image file if it can't hotlink from the web.

What possible fucking benefit is there in doing that? How much time has been wasted because of this?

I hate caching. It has NEVER solved a problem for me, and created hundreds, in both professional and non-professional life.

Okay, minimalist, right - ok.

Am I prick if I get that framed? Pinner - PINNER! Am I smug prick if I get that framed? A hipster?

Seems a bit minimalist.

I decided I wanted another framed print in my house, and I wasn't ready to go for another reproduction from Allposters.com that was original the work of Van Gogh. I feel that "Victor Van Gogh" is much more sinister, but we don't live in that world, so it was time to find others.

I guess my favorite painter is Zdzisław Beksinski, but he's not the kind of artist whose stuff I'd want hanging on my walls.

Then I recalled Roy Lichtenstein, and, I don't know - I guess I would like to see some of his work in a gallery, since what I've read indicates that he tried really hard to make some of his stuff look machine-printed. And, of course, if it's going to be present in my home, it is probably machine-printed anyway. Maybe that's a mindfuck too far?

Here's one of his that I really like:

But I can't find it for sale anywhere! There is a guy in China who will reproduce fuckin' anything on eBay, but that's it. I have no idea why seemingly dozens of Lichtenstein's work is available as a reproduction, but that one isn't.
