Lawton Arcade Destroyed

Remember that super freakin' cool arcade I visited earlier this year? Apparently, last night it burned to the ground. I am so, so bummed. Nobody was hurt in the fire which is always good news, but according to the article, "half a million dollars worth of damage" and "no home owner's insurance". Daaaaaaaaaamn.

The guys that owned this private arcade were some of the nicest people I've ever met in the hobby. Not only did they have the largest and nicest private arcade I've ever personally visited, but they also did a lot of things like let groups of kids (some with special needs) come over and play for free on Saturdays. The whole thing is really a shame.
