It's a good little game. For less than a buck, the idea is, you move the pieces around by either tilting the phone or swiping. However, the pieces can't be moved halfway. If you're gonna move them, they go as far as they can go.
Level 14 I solved by spazzing out, but otherwise I've been solving them by experimentation and thought, two things my life normally lacks.
It's a good little game!
