I didn't know you had a roommate. My father made all the omelettes growing up, and that was information he deigned OK to pass to me, unlike throwing a curveball. That's great that he showed me how to cook one thing, but being unable to locate an omelette properly never caused me to be humilated in front of 17 of my peers + their coaches.

yeah I didn't have anything to put into it. My roomate left with that pan, I've got to get another nice one like it. I've been trying to practice omelettes so I made one despite having nothing to put into it. I had a ham and cheese one awhile ago but it was kind of difficult because we don't have a good size pan like that anymore.
