I can't say that I was a fan of the band, other than the stuff I heard on the radio. I do remember seeing them live once, however. I think they played the middle slot, before Motley Crue on their Dr. Feelgood tour, but after openers Winger.

Man, my senior year was awesome.

Tragic story. Also, that song and that band were horrible.

Jani Lane, the (now ex) lead singer of Warrant, passed away last night at the age of 47. Pills and booze were found at the scene ... then again, I suspect pills and booze could have been found within reach of Jani Lane at any point over the past 20 years, so who knows.
