Do you use a CPAP machine to sleep? I have one and I love it. It absolutely changed my quality of life. I used to feel like that all the time (waking up more tired than I had been the night before). Many obese people show signs of sleep apnea, even if they don't realize it.
I went and did a sleep study and got a machine and it literally changed my life overnight. I highly recommend getting tested for it. Sleep apnea, among other things, diminishes the amount of oxygen your bran gets overnight and puts undue stress on your respiratory system, including your heart.
