In case anyone didn't look any further into it, the place features proudly unhealthy hamburgers, AND -- I'm going to bold this one for emphasis -- hot waitresses dressed in slutty, skimpy nurse outfits.

Pinback likes this.

They'll never open one anywhere around here, waaaaaay too many fat people in the Washington, DC area, they'd go broke.

Barney: Betty, you can't be serious!
Betty: Barney, I just promised Fred he could eat here while Wilma is doing her TV show.
Barney: Feed Fred Flintstone for thirty-six weeks, are you crazy? We'll be ruined! Bankrupt!
Betty: Oh don't be silly, how much can one man eat?
Barney: Nobody knows, he's never been filled up!

Yeah, but they got lousy PR people. Go to their 'Franchise' link where they mention they don't do franchising as it's a ripoff rather than an interest in food. So if you click on the 'we won a judgment' link, it goes to a clearly self-serving public relations article crowing about their win in court on trade-dress infringement against somebody using the same concept.

Click on the link on that press release where it says "Photos and additional info are available at: http://www.heartattackgrill.com/media2.html " and you get a 404 error page!

If you're going to do it, do it right. Here's an 8,000 calorie burger:

Sonic Drive In's commercial for its new hot dogs. And yet another development in the war on health: a BLT with blue cheese dressing on a hot dog.
