Here's the background -- as a kid, I loved that game and was semi-decent at it. ICJ and I went to Cactus Jack's and they had not one but two 10-Yard Fight machines there. I did really bad at it with ICJ looking over my shoulder and do not feel that my performance that day was a true representation of my virtual football skills.
So the lack of space in the new place kind of sucks. Like I said, there's a small area (upstairs) that could house about three machines. If I were a bachelor then I would say yes, the back den/living room could hold my entire collection, but apparently the head of the household (not me) says that's not an option. Putting some of them out in the garage is a possibility but ... I just can't imagine playing them all that often out there. We'll see, I guess.
10-Yard Fight is an old game that can be 100% faithfully recreated in MAME. Additionally, I'm not sure they ever released dedicated cabinets for the game -- I think they are just Taito cabinets painted black. There's no reason "today" to own that game. It's the 12-year-old me that wanted to own this game "back then" that's doing the wishing.
