You do realize, that if Jonsey has said he wants this message area to remain up, and you go ahead and delete it, that that represents the felony crime of destruction of a computer system? Accessing a computer beyond one's authorization or acting beyond the instructions of the owner or their agent is a felony. It's a computer crime. In every state, and since this computer is accessed in interstate commerce, it's a federal crime as well as a state one.
Hopefully you want to consider this, although you might be lucky, if you continue despite instructions to the contrary, to just get probation instead of prison time.
