I'm not sure what you're referring to by "this place," but as for this particular thread, some of the code snippets made me laugh so hard I nearly sprayed the keyboard with Coca-cola.

This sounds like a good place to mention how sorry I am that this place has been so dead lately. I don't want to bore anyone by running down the unfunny details of my own life, but everything will payoff in comedy at some point. (It took a week, on and off, to do the Postal 2 review and the mock draft, though, so there is at least that.) Hey, I know, I will update the "front page" and make it seem like I did something.

Look, if I decided that I was going to punch every guy who made a shitty video game in the face -- if I were to make that my life's work -- I'd be as empty and depressed as Wowbagger the Infinitely Prolonged there in "Life, the Universe and Everything."

You mentioned something about alcohol and violence in there, though, so without really getting into the specifics, I should state that I am "with you." I've "got your back," as the kids love to say.
