It's a nuclear attack sub simulator. It's graphics are about as good as if FTL and NIBBLES.BAS had a child. It's developed by one guy. It's primarily about resource management and keeping all of the systems running and not dying. And incredibly, it's probably the best nuclear sub sim since Dangerous Waters.
