Medium wings. With a Diet Coke.
Maybe Paul is right. Time to get this over with.
I hope you mean "to get professional help."
You do realize my recommending you kill yourself was just busting your balls?
If what you love to experience in life has become unpleasant you should go to a doctor: possibly an ear-nose-throat specialist and see if you can do or take something for it.
I was having terrible pains in my right leg such that I was in agony trying to get out to liie down. Pain of unimaginable excruciation, that makes you scream at the top of your lungs. Pain that exploded bad enough that I would have to try and wait for it to get
worse in order that it would "pop" four or five seconds of level 10 agony, then it stops for a short time, long enough to get out of the chair and lie down.
I went to the doctor and asked for a recommendation for something to relieve the pain, "before I need something like calcium cyanide." He laughed and recommended glucosamine chondroitin. I bought some at Target, within a week it all stopped. It has not come back in the last year or so I've been taking them.
If one of the few things that bring you pleasure is being denied to you and you don't bother to get medical attention and maybe something simple to fix it, then clearly you deserve to suffer since you're too stupid to fix a problem making it impossible for you to enjoy your one precious irreplaceable lifetime that you have the capacity to change. This isn't bone cancer.
