Ed Fries (who apparently had a huge hand in developing the original Xbox) accidentally fell upon word of an easter egg dating from Space Wars (that was released in... 76'?)

It talks about the actual process of rediscovery from a few hints from the original creator to replicating it on an actual cab! Great write up and worth a few minutes to speed read through at the very least.
