Since icj posted another crockpot recipe kind of like this thought I'd share the one my girlfriend uses lately.

1. One "chuck roast". If on sale you can get one for about 8-10$ and get 4 meals out of it.
2. One can of Campbell's beef gravy in the can. (Use this one specifically)
3. 1 jar (12 oz is fine) whole pepperoncini peppers.

Put roast, gravy, and about half the 12 oz jar of peppers into crockpot. Cook on high setting for 4 hours. Done.

Note: This won't be spicy but the peppers themselves may have some heat left in them if you put them on your plate. Goes good with mashed potatoes.
