Swords, cool. But Drizzt was the most boring, one-dimensional, depthless cliche of a protagonist I'd ever seen. The first book was so painful I didn't even consider reading any of the others. Can a story or character get any more bland? When the most descriptive thing about your character can be summed up by saying "He was good-hearted!", you might want to consider adding a couple variables. Absolute garbage.
