Yeah. Learn to like cream sauces, and don't waste truffles in a red sauce. Need something a lot more delicate than that.

A little bit of truffle goes a very long way.

Shave them *thin*, sautee them *lightly*, and put them in a creamy, garlicky pasta sauce, I'd say.

Do any of you home chef's have any suggestions for things to do with black truffles. I was given a couple good sized truffles and was wondering about ideas beyond the obvious like adding to eggs/pate/sauces.
