My parents took a cruise up a river from Stallingrad to Moscow over a week. They loved it and were safe for the most part (only a couple of people from their tour boat were held up or anything). I think it must have been pretty reasonable because my dad is cheap as hell. He was especially thrilled about how cheap the vodka is there.
