In keeping with today's theme, here was dinner. BEN'S FAMOUS CACTUS TACOS.
1. Boil up a chicken, with some onions and garlic and oregano and cilantro and whatever else you have on hand.
2. Buy some cactus strips.
3. Grill up some tortillas.
4. Put the chicken on the tortillas. Put the cactus on the chicken. Put some
salsa verde on the cactus. Put some tomatoes on the
salsa verde. Throw some
crema on top. Garnish with cilantro.
