Couldn't you just run QBASIC in Dosbox?

I have a program that was written in BASIC about twenty five years ago. I'd like to execute it, for something that will hopefully pay dividends after the Top 100 list is finished.

How on earth would I do that? Are there modern-day BASIC interpreters for the PC? I really don't want to have to obtain a PCjr for this thing.
