In what is sure to cause much ridiculous posturing among the crew, I submit to you, the Best Ribs Ever.
Babybacks, dry-rubbed and marinated for an hour, then grilled and smoked with hickory at about 225 degrees for about four and a half hours. The smoke ring goes nearly to the bone.
They're the best ribs I've ever had, which I can only assume means that they are the Best Ribs Ever.
