Yeah, not an advocate of them having a place at the dinner table and pensions, I'm not.

Actually, I quite like PETS. We're all animal advocates here, except for Worm!

Yeah, but I don't watch any TV, except for football. Can a base survive if I am not actively posting to it? Of course not, but that's the best idea so far.

Here are my main topics of interest, like, in my life, that are baseless:

My own text games
Arcade games
Computer / console games
Pets
Java programming
Vectrex programming
Self-publishing a book

That's all that comes to mind. Other interests are already represented.

So I would say that "TV" is the best suggestion so far. But can it be topped?

I'm down to one comic book a month (Daredevil) and I don't think I'll do anything remotely resembling D&D until later this fall (if the session that Dan Schmidt was running returns).

So I think it's time to say goodbye to the City Comics Corp. base. It also has a dumb name taken from the comic book store in "A Crimson Spring." And you know how I hate to self-reference.

Surely, THE CHESS is a good topic for the base. But what else? I like to have two subjects in a given base. All the big ones are accounted for. I think.
